Shankar Rao. It’s a very specific spot in the R.R. District. Being near the hospital means there’s always something going on nearby, plenty of people moving around and cars honking. We’re just a local team doing our best to manage the place. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a real place where things actually happen. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place in order. Mr. Shankar Rao is around sometimes, and we just keep things moving according to the usual routine. We don’t have any marketing people writing stuff for us. We just wrote this ourselves. It’s simple work, really. We check the logs, talk to the people coming in, and make sure the building is looked after. Serilingampally has grown a lot, and we’ve seen it happen from our little corner here. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is hot. We just sit back, do what needs to be done, and try not to overthink it. It’s a comfortable enough spot for us. We know the local shortcuts and where to get the best tea. That’s about all there is to it. We just show up and keep the doors open for business every single day without fail.
