Ellaa Suites Five Star Hotel, Hyderabad

This place is located at Srt-199 in Jawaharnagar. We are quite close to the RTC X Roads, which is a big landmark here in Hyderabad. Even though we are called a five-star hotel, this particular spot is where a lot of our back-end stuff happens. It’s an older building, SRT-199, and it doesn't look like a fancy hotel from the outside. It's more of a functional space for us. Jawaharnagar is a crowded area with a lot of narrow lanes and small shops. Finding a parking spot near the RTC X Roads is almost impossible most days. We have a lot of staff coming and going at different hours. The office inside is a bit tight. We have desks crammed together and lots of phones ringing. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where everything gets coordinated. We deal with the bookings and the logistics from here. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things frustrating, but we get through the day. There are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby, which is good for the night shift people. We don't really have a big lobby or a waiting area here. It's just a working office where we try to keep the hotel business running smoothly. It gets hot in the summer because the building doesn't have the best cooling, but we use fans. It is just a regular part of our daily operation.
