We spend our days looking at screens and booking flights or trains. It’s a lot of back and forth with airlines and travel agents. People come in with big plans for their holidays and we try to make the logistics work out. It’s not always easy because flights get canceled and plans change last minute. We have phones ringing all the time. The Gunfoundry area is always buzzing with people and traffic. We've been here for a while, so we know all the little shortcuts around the neighborhood. We don't have a glossy brochure type of vibe. It’s more about maps and schedules and making sure passports are in order. Sometimes we get stressed when things go wrong, but we just keep going. It’s a small team here. We know our customers by name mostly. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a busy life but we like the energy of the travel business. That's just how it is for us at Elite Travel. We often stay late during the peak holiday seasons. Sometimes the printers jam when we're in a hurry to get tickets out. It’s a bit messy but we get it done.
