Elactrical Deptt.,South Central Railway

This is the electrical department office for South Central Railway. We are located at H.No. 12-11-1542 in the Boudhanagar area of Secunderabad. It’s a busy place because there is always something that needs fixing or checking with the railway lines. Our pin code is 500 061. The building isn't brand new, but it serves its purpose for our daily tasks. We have a lot of paperwork to handle every single day. Most of us have been working here for years. We know the routines. We deal with the power supplies and the maintenance of the electrical systems that keep things moving. It’s not a glamorous job, but it has to be done. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and everyone is running around trying to solve a problem. Other days are a bit quieter and we can actually catch up on our logs. We share the space with a few different desks and lots of filing cabinets. It’s right in the middle of a residential-ish area so it’s easy for us to get to. We aren't here to sell anything. We just manage the operations as part of the railway system. People come in to drop off reports or get signatures on forms. It’s just how the government offices work around here. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the pile of work before the shift ends. It can get a bit dusty with all the old files, but we manage just fine.
