We are based at Flat 135 in the Kamalapriya Roof Garden, which is part of the CIEFL Colony in Hyderabad. Our location is in East Anand Bagh, near Kalyan Nagar and Malkajgiri in the Safilguda area. It is a bit of a long address, but that is where we run our travel business. We help people plan their tours and handle all the travel arrangements they might need. We don't have a big shop on a main street; we work from this quiet spot in the colony instead. Much of our day is spent looking at maps and booking various tickets on the computer. We have lived and worked in this specific part of Hyderabad for many years, so we are very familiar with places like Safilguda and Malkajgiri. People get in touch with us because they want to go somewhere else, and we try to find the best way to make that happen for them. Most of the work involves phone calls and staying online to watch for prices. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking doesn't go through properly, so we just have to sit and do it all over again. We are not a huge company with a lot of employees. It’s just a small group of us working from this flat. We keep things informal and simple. If you visit, you’ll see us surrounded by papers. We just do our best to make sure travel plans work out.
