Dodsal Corporatio Pvt.Ltd ( Pizza Hut)

Our place is over in Swaroop Nagar, at 2-4-123/1/14/A, which is part of the Seven Hills Colony in Uppal. This is where we run the Pizza Hut operations for the area. Uppal is a big place, and Seven Hills Colony is a nice spot for us to be based. Most of the day is spent dealing with the kitchen and making sure the deliveries are going out to the right houses. We go through a lot of flour and cheese every single week. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months in Hyderabad, but that is just part of the job. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a bit. We aren't doing anything fancy, just making pizzas and making sure they get to people while they are still warm. Swaroop Nagar is a busy neighborhood, so there is always someone coming in or a bike leaving for a delivery. We have had our ups and downs, like any business, but we keep the ovens running. It is a lot of routine—making the dough, cutting the toppings, and answering the phone. We don't have time for big corporate meetings. We just focus on the food and getting it out the door. It is a local business feel even if the name on the sign is a big one. Sometimes the delivery bikes need repairs, and that adds another thing to the list of stuff to do.
