Design Engineer

So, we operate out of A/10/1 in Sri Krishna Nagar. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, especially around Yousufguda. Being a Design Engineer here means a lot of hours sitting at the desk looking at drawings and plans. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can think and get the math right. We’ve been in Andhra Pradesh for a good bit now. Some days the coffee machine works and some days it doesn’t, but the work gets finished either way. It’s mostly just quiet concentration here. We don’t have a big reception area or a lot of staff in suits. It’s just us doing the technical stuff that needs doing. When people ask where we are, we just tell them to look for the building near the main road. It’s easy enough to find if you know the area. We handle the projects as they come in. Sometimes things get a bit hectic with deadlines, but we manage. We aren’t interested in being the biggest firm around, just being the ones who get the drawings done correctly. It's a straightforward way to earn a living. We like the neighborhood because everything you need is just a short walk away. That makes the long days a bit easier to handle. There's a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk to clear our heads and get away from the screens.
