Delicia Foods

You can find Delicia Foods over at Plot No 113 and 115 in Machabolaram. We are part of the Rajiv Nagar Co Op Society area in Malkajgiri. It is a decent-sized space since we have two plots joined together. Being in the food business means we are always busy with something. There is usually a lot of activity in the kitchen areas and around the packing tables. We try to keep things as orderly as possible, but when things get busy, it is a lot of moving parts. Malkajgiri is a residential and commercial mix, so we have neighbors close by. We have been working out of this location for a while now. Most of the staff live nearby, so they just walk or bike in. It feels more like a local operation than anything else. We do not have any polished mission statements or glossy brochures. We just focus on the food and getting it ready for the day. Sometimes we stay late when a big delivery is expected, but that is just how it goes. The building is a bit older, and we have had to fix the roof a couple of times, but it serves its purpose. It is just us here, making food and trying to keep the schedules on track.
