Deghchaa Delights Llp

Deghchaa Delights is tucked away in Kavadiguda at 32 Lic Colony. We are right opposite Indira Park, near Lower Tank Bund. It’s a nice part of Hyderabad because of all the trees in the park, though the traffic near the lake can be a bit of a mess in the evenings. We are an LLP, so there are a few of us running the show together. Our place is basically a kitchen and a small area for administration. We spend most of our time around the stoves or checking the inventory in the pantry. It’s not a polished corporate office. You might see a few stray flour bags or a stack of clean containers waiting to be filled. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels more like old Hyderabad. People walk by and wave, and we know the local tea stall owner pretty well. Our English isn't perfect and our walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but the work gets done and the food goes out on time. We don't bother with fancy mission statements or long speeches. We just want to make decent food and keep the business running. Some days the sink gets clogged or the delivery bike won't start, and we just deal with it like anyone else. It's just a regular life here and we do our best each day.
