We are out in Vastu Nagar, which is part of Mangalpalli Village in Ibrahimpatnam. It’s quite a distance from the main city of Hyderabad, so it’s much quieter out here. The air is a bit fresher, and there is more space between the buildings. Most people who come here have to take the bus or drive quite a way, but once they arrive, the campus is pretty spread out. We are an engineering college, so there’s a lot of technical stuff happening in the various blocks. Being in a village setting means we are surrounded by a lot of open land. You might see some local farmers nearby while you’re walking to the gate. It’s a simple setup. We have the usual classrooms, a library that stays quiet, and labs full of equipment that sometimes needs a bit of a kick to start. The staff and students get to know each other well because we are all out here together in this rural spot. It’s not like being in a city where everyone disappears after class. People hang around a bit more. We don't have all the fancy amenities of a downtown office, but we have what we need to get the teaching done. It’s a practical place for people who want to study engineering without the constant noise of the city. It feels like a real part of the Mangalpalli community now. We like the peace out here.
