We've been over here at D.No.7-214 in Raghavendra Nagar for a while now. Most people around Sathyanarayanapuram know the spot, even if they sometimes miss the turn when they're driving by. It is just a regular place where we handle whatever comes through the door. Tirupathi is a busy town, and being located where we are means we see a lot of local faces coming in and out. The name on the sign says Customer Services, which is pretty straightforward. We don't try to make it fancy or complicated. It's just a small office setup where we sit and deal with the paperwork and people's questions. Some days it is quiet, and other days the phone won't stop ringing, but that is just how it goes here. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we have neighbors living right nearby. It feels like a normal part of the community rather than some big office building in a city center. We keep things simple. If you walk in, you’ll probably find one of us at the desk just sorting through things. There isn't any big reception area or anything like that. Just some chairs and the usual office stuff. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for folks to find us without having to go all the way into the crowded main markets. It works for us, and it seems to work for the people who stop by. We just take things one day at a time here.
