Customer Service Officer In Sahara Airlines

I work as a Customer Service Officer In Sahara Airlines and our spot is at Hno:20-2-638/4 in Hussaini Alam, Hyderabad. It is a small office in a very old part of the city. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood all day long, from the motorbikes to the vendors on the street. My desk is right near the window so I see everything going on outside. We don't have a lot of space here, just enough for a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for us to look up their flight details. The walls are a plain white and we have a big clock that ticks quite loudly. Most of the time I am on the computer checking schedules or talking to people on the phone who are worried about their travel. It gets a bit hectic when there are delays but we just try to talk through it. We have a small shelf with some old binders and a jar of pens that half of them don't work. It’s not a polished airport lounge, just a local office where we help people out. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. It is a very normal job and we try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated for the folks who come in.
