Customer Service Excutive

This is where we run Customer Service Excutive. We are based in Hyderabad, specifically at Hno:14-20-677/562 in the Viveka Nanda Nagar area. We’re located in Jagapathi Hills, Borabanda, which is a place that stays pretty loud throughout the day. Our office is basically a room where we sit and take calls or answer emails all day long. It isn't a big, fancy call center like you see in the movies. It is just a few of us with headsets and some old computers that sometimes take a bit too long to start up in the morning. We don't have a big sign outside, so you might miss us if you aren't looking for the house number. Most people we talk to never see where we work. We just help them out with whatever problems they are having with their orders or accounts. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a lot of people call at once, but we just take them one by one. We don't have a dress code, so most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but it keeps us cool enough while we work. We’ve been in Borabanda for a while and we know the tea stall around the corner pretty well. It’s a normal job for us and we just try to be helpful to the people on the phone. It is a bit cramped, but it gets the job done.
