Customer Care

Our office is tucked away at 18-8-104/55/B in Santosh Nagar. It’s a simple setup because we don’t need much to do our work. We mostly handle customer care queries, so as you can imagine, it gets pretty busy around here. People call us when they have a problem or when something isn’t working right, and our job is to listen and try to find a solution. It’s not always easy because sometimes people are upset, but we just try to stay calm and talk it through. We aren’t a giant call center with thousands of people; we’re a smaller team just trying to keep things moving. The desks are usually covered in notes and coffee mugs. We’ve lived in this part of town for a long time, so we’re used to the noise outside. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the neighborhood. We don’t use scripts that sound like robots. We just talk to you like a normal person would. If we don’t have an answer right away, we’ll tell you we need to check and get back to you. It’s a plain, honest way of working. Santosh Nagar is a lively place, and we’re happy to be part of the community here, just doing our daily tasks and helping out where we can.
