Customer Care Officer

We operate out of a house on Kareemabad Road in Warangal. The address is H.No: 16- 1- 1047, and it’s a place we know inside and out. It isn't a big glass office building like you see in the movies. It’s just a regular spot where we do our work. Being a customer care officer means the phone is usually the main thing in the room. We get calls from all over Andhra Pradesh. People have problems with things they bought or questions about services. We sit at our desks, listen to what they have to say, and try to find an answer in our files. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone line has static, but we stay at it anyway. It’s mostly paperwork and talking. We’ve been in Warangal for a long time, and we like the pace here. It’s not as crazy as the bigger cities. In the afternoons, we might take a quick break for tea before getting back to the messages. There are no fancy uniforms or big meetings. We just come in, do the work, and try to help people who are having a hard time with their stuff. It’s a simple way to earn a living. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the house number and our daily routine. We've been at this for a while and the neighbors all know us by now.
