Cushman & Wakefield

We are located over in Gachibowli at the Aphb Colony, specifically at Hig A-73. Hyderabad has grown so much lately, and this area is right in the thick of it. It’s a bit quieter in the colony than out on the main roads, which is nice for getting work done. Our space is just a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the rest of the houses around here. We’ve been here for some time now. The commute can be a bit of a pain with the traffic in Gachibowli, but we've gotten used to it. Inside, it's pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a small area for lunch. We aren't the type to have a bunch of meetings for no reason. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the water delivery is late, or the power goes out for an hour, but that's just how it is. The team here knows the area well. We usually go out for biryani on Fridays because there are so many good spots nearby. We don't really have a big corporate vibe going on here. It’s more like a group of people just doing their jobs. If you're looking for A-73, just ask anyone near the park. Most people know where the Hig blocks are. It's a solid, practical place to work for us at Cushman & Wakefield.
