Cuctomer Care Exective

We spend most of our days here in Borabanda at H.No 8-3-169/675. It’s a busy spot in H.F. Nagar and the office is basically just a place where we handle customer calls and try to keep things organized. Usually, there’s a bit of noise from the street outside, but we’re used to it by now. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we just walk or take a short rickshaw ride in the morning. We started doing this a while back because there was a need for someone to talk to customers and fix small issues. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of coffee being drunk throughout the shift. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We don't really have a big corporate story to tell. We just show up, log in, and try to make sure nobody is waiting too long on the line. The neighborhood is pretty lively and there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack when we take a break. It's just a normal job for us. We deal with people's problems and try to be helpful without making things more complicated than they need to be. That's pretty much what goes on here every day from Monday to Saturday.
