We have been here in S.R Nagar for several years. It is a very busy part of the city with a lot of students and small businesses nearby. Our space is quite small. It is mostly just a desk with a phone and a computer. We spend the whole day answering calls and trying to help people out with their questions. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is completely silent for an hour. We have a small window that looks out onto the street, so we can see people walking by. It is not a corporate headquarters by any means. It is just a small room where we do our best to stay organized. We have stacks of notebooks and pens everywhere because we are always writing things down. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the road, but we wipe things down every morning. It is a humble spot, but it gets the job done for us and the people who call.
