Costa Cruises

Costa Cruises has a local office here in Hyderabad at Vijay Nagar Colony. Our address is 10-2-317/76/1, and we are situated right opposite the Vigan School. It is a handy location because the school is a big landmark that everyone knows. We spend our time here helping people understand how cruise holidays work and helping them pick out their cabins. It’s a small, functional office. We have some brochures and maps on the desks, but mostly it is just us and our computers. We get quite a few people dropping in after they drop their kids off at the school across the street. We aren't a big travel agency with hundreds of staff. It’s just a couple of us who know a lot about the cruise lines. The office is a bit plain, but it works for what we need. We have a few chairs for guests and a small fan that we keep running all day. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to the head office because of the time differences. Vijay Nagar Colony is a nice, lively neighborhood and we enjoy being part of the daily bustle here. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics or fancy presentations. We just sit down with people, show them the prices, and help them fill out the forms. It’s a very grounded, local way of doing things, and we prefer it that way instead of being a big corporate branch.
