Copper Chimney

Copper Chimney is tucked away at Srt 232 in the Sanathnagar area of Hyderabad. It’s been sitting there for quite some time now. The building is just a standard place, nothing too flashy on the outside. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or the dining area making sure things are running okay. Sanathnagar is a busy neighborhood, so there’s always people moving around outside. It gets a bit noisy during the lunch rush, but we’re used to it. It's just a place where we cook and people come to eat. The tables are simple, and the walls have been the same color for years. We just focus on the food and getting the orders right. It's a lot of work, and sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it's busy. That's just part of life here in Hyderabad. We’ve got a small crew, and everyone knows what they need to do. It’s a local spot, through and through. Nothing fancy, just the way it is. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It feels like home to most of us who work here. The light comes through the front window nicely in the mornings before we open up.
