Computer Operating

My name is Pantham Nageswara Rao and I run things here with my family's support. We are located in Rustumbada, specifically in the Kotta Kaluva area of Narsapur. This is in the West Godavari district, so it is quite a ways out from the main city centers. We focus on computer operations for the people around here who might not have their own setups at home. It is a simple shop. I learned a lot from my father, Murali Krishna, about how to manage a small business and take care of the local folks. The weather here near the coast is always a bit humid. We spend a lot of our time fixing errors or helping people print out important documents they need for school or work. Sometimes the power goes out in Narsapur and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back on. It is a slow kind of life, but we like it that way. The shop is small and has just a few computers set up along the wall. People come in and tell us about their day while we work on their files. It is more of a community hub than a high-tech office. We just try to be helpful and keep the machines running as best as we can. It is honest work and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We stay open as long as there is work to do for the neighbors.
