Our office is located in Kubera Towers over in the Trimulgherry area of Secunderabad. It’s a pretty standard office building, and we’ve been based here for quite a while now. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out their travel plans online. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and typing. The building can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons when the sun hits the glass, but the fans keep things moving. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge lobby. We just have our desks and our computers. Dealing with travel means things can go wrong at any hour, so someone is usually here making sure the website is actually working. We get a lot of phone calls from people who are confused about their bookings or need to change a flight at the last minute. It can be a lot of pressure when the systems get slow or there’s a big holiday coming up and everyone is trying to book at once. We’re just a group of regular people in Secunderabad trying to make the process a bit easier for everyone else. We take our lunch breaks at the local spots around Trimulgherry and then get back to it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We just take it one booking at a time.
