City Spice Kondapur

City Spice Kondapur is right across from the Harsha Toyota showroom in the Kondapur area of Madhapur. This part of Hyderabad has grown a lot, so there are always new buildings and lots of traffic on the road. We are right in the middle of all that activity. Our day usually starts with getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have all the ingredients we need for the day ahead. It’s a lot of work before the first customer even walks in. Being in Madhapur means we get a lot of office workers and people who live in the apartments nearby. The noise from the main road is constant, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit better. We have a simple setup here with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't try to be a fancy five-star place; we are just a local restaurant where you can get something to eat. The staff spends most of their time on their feet, either cooking or serving or cleaning up. Sometimes the lunch rush is so busy we barely have time to breathe, but other times it’s quiet enough to sit for a minute. We focus on the food and making sure the kitchen stays running properly.
