We are down here in Rein Bazaar at SRT Colony. It’s a busy spot in Hyderabad. People come by mostly when they are planning to go somewhere far or if they have some foreign notes they need to change. My family has been around this part of Momeen Ali Khan for a long time. The office isn't fancy. There are usually some papers piled up and the phone rings quite a bit. We just handle the currency exchange and some ticket stuff. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan going. Usually, it’s just locals or someone from the neighborhood stopping in before a trip. We know most of the people on this street by name. It’s not like those big corporate banks. You just walk in, we talk about where you're headed, and we sort out the money. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit to check the rates. That’s just how it is. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The building is easy to find if you know the colony. If you’re looking for a shiny office with leather chairs, this isn't it. It’s just us doing the work every day. We’ve seen a lot of people head off to different countries from this little corner of Hyderabad. We stay open until the evening most days unless something comes up.
