Our office is tucked away in Shutarkhana Lane, right in the Darulshifa area of Hyderabad. If you know the old city, you know these streets can be narrow and quite crowded, especially during the middle of the day. We have been operating out of house number 22-3-845 for a while now. It’s a place filled with the smell of tea and the sound of printers going off. People come in looking to go somewhere else, whether it’s for work or a holiday. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps and checking flight schedules on old monitors. It gets pretty hectic when the pilgrimage season starts or when schools go on break. There’s always someone coming in with a passport or asking about visa rules that seem to change every week. We aren't a big fancy agency with posters everywhere, just a local spot where we know most of the neighbors. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when things get a bit quiet just to watch the bikes go by. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if it is your first time, but once you’re here, it’s just us trying to help get your travel plans sorted without too much fuss. We don't use big words or make grand promises, we just find the tickets and hope the weather is good for your trip. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name.
