Chutnes Restaurent

Chutnes Restaurent is over in Bhadrachalam. We are associated with Heeralal, who is the son of K.Prabhakar Rao. This town is a special place, and being here means we see a lot of people who are visiting the local sites. Our restaurant is a place where people can come to sit down for a bit and have a meal. It is usually quite warm in Bhadrachalam, so the shade inside the restaurant is always welcome. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us doing the cooking and the serving. We spend a lot of time preparing the different chutneys and dishes that people expect from us. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it stays hot and busy for most of the day. We have regular customers who come in every morning and travelers who are just passing through. We don't put on any airs or pretend to be anything we aren't. It’s a practical business for us. We wash the floors, clean the tables, and make sure there is enough food for everyone. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s a particularly busy day with lots of visitors, but that’s just life. We’ve been part of this community for a while now and we just keep doing what we know how to do, which is making food and keeping the place open for whoever walks in. It isn't always easy, but we are used to the hard work of running a kitchen in this town.
