Chatkhare Multicuisine Restaurant

Our restaurant, Chatkhare Multicuisine, is over at Lakdi Ka Pool in Hyderabad. Specifically, we are at 11-5-423 Shamshiri Estate on Niloufer Hospital Road. We are right opposite Singareni Bhavan. The area is quite busy because of the hospital and the offices around here. We get a mix of people, from families to hospital staff and visitors. Since we do multicuisine, we have a lot of different dishes on the menu. Some days people want Chinese food, other days they want local Indian food, so we try to have a bit of everything for them. The kitchen is always a busy place with different pots going at once. We don't have a big fancy interior, just a regular dining hall with enough space for everyone to sit down. We try to keep the service moving fast because people often have places to be. Sometimes the road outside gets blocked with traffic, which makes parking a bit of a headache, but people still find their way to us. We have been running this place for some time now and we've learned what works. We don't use any fancy adjectives to describe our food; it is just what it is. We buy our meat and produce daily to keep things moving. It is a lot of work to keep a restaurant going in this part of town, but we stick to our routine and keep the doors open for anyone who is hungry.
