Chadalavada Constructions is located in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. Somajiguda is one of those central areas that’s always buzzing with people and cars. Our office is a practical space where we look at plans and talk about building projects. We aren't into big, flashy advertisements or social media posts. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or see our construction sites around the city. We spend a lot of time on our feet, visiting locations or meeting with material suppliers. The office is where we come back to do the math and handle the permits. It’s a bit messy sometimes with rolls of drawings and samples of tiles or bricks lying around. That’s just how a real construction office looks. We don't use polished language to describe our work. We just talk about bricks, cement, and sticking to deadlines. It’s a tough business and things don't always go exactly according to plan, but we deal with problems as they come up. Being in Somajiguda is very handy because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We’ve been around for a while and have seen the skyline of Hyderabad change quite a bit over the years. We’re just glad to be a small part of that growth. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to build things that stay standing and do our work honestly. The tea guy downstairs knows our order by heart.
