Our office is located at H.No-9-11/416/7/A1 in Heera Khana, near the Fort Golconda area in Hyderabad - 500 008. Being so close to the old fort means there is always a sense of history around us, even if we are just focused on modern travel stuff. At Carlson Wagonlit Travel, we spend our hours sorting out flight tickets, hotel stays, and all the little things that go into a trip. It is not a shiny new office building; it is a more traditional spot that fits in with the neighborhood. The streets around here can be narrow and a bit crowded, but it has a lot of character. We are not a giant call center where you can never get a hold of the same person twice. We are just a local team doing the work. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, which is just part of being in this part of Hyderabad, but we always find a way to get the job done. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It is a lot of checking dates and names over and over again to make sure everything is right. We have been in Heera Khana for quite a while now and we know the pace of the city.
