Cafe Ice World

Cafe Ice World is sitting right here at Plot No.10, very close to the Uttarmukhi Hanuman Temple. We are right on the Solapur Hyderabad Highway, which means it stays pretty noisy with all the trucks and cars passing by at all hours. My family started this because we saw how many travelers needed a place to just sit for a second and have something cold. Baliwes is a busy spot, and being near the temple brings in a lot of people after they finish their prayers. We don't have fancy furniture or anything like that. It is just a basic shop where you can get some ice cream and take a breather. Some days the heat is just too much, and the shop gets packed with folks trying to escape the sun. We try our best to keep everything running smooth. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to scramble to keep the freezers cold enough. That is just how things go here. We aren't some big chain. It's just a local business trying to make it. Most of the people who stop by are regulars from the neighborhood, but we see plenty of new faces from the highway too. We spend a lot of our time cleaning up and making sure the stock is full. It’s a lot of work for a small place, but we have been doing it for years now and it feels like home.
