Breadtalk

You can find us over on Road 3 in the Indira Nagar Colony, which is part of Warasiguda in Secunderabad. We’ve been running Breadtalk from this spot for a good while. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see a lot of the same faces every morning. It gets pretty busy around here when people are heading out to work or coming home. We spend most of our time in the back where the ovens are. The smell of flour and yeast is basically part of our clothes now. It’s not a fancy setup with leather chairs or anything. We just have our equipment and the space we need to get the baking done. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty with flour, and the heat from the ovens can get a bit much during the Hyderabad summers, but we manage. We aren’t a big chain with a huge marketing budget. We’re just a local spot in Secunderabad trying to keep things moving. The address is pretty straightforward to find once you get into Indira Nagar. We start our day when most people are still asleep, getting everything ready for the morning rush. It’s a lot of manual work, and our hands are usually busy with dough or trays. We don't have much time for polished speeches. We just stay here in the shop and do what we do. It's just a regular bakery trying to provide for the local folks on Road 3.
