We are based out of Ameerpet, right near the Sneha Boys Hostel. If you know Hyderabad, you know this part of town is always moving. We do office work and support stuff from here. It's not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where we sit and work. There are a few of us who handle the daily tasks. Ameerpet is full of students and workers, so there is always a lot of energy around. Our space is functional and mostly full of computers. We don't really go for anything decorative. We just show up, do the shifts, and go home. Sometimes the noise from the street is loud, but we get used to it. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. People in the hostel next door are always coming and going. We have been in this location for some time. We handle different tasks depending on what is needed that day. It is mostly just about keeping things organized and answering what needs to be answered. We don't use a lot of business jargon because we are just regular folks working a job. The building isn't new, but it works for us. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay on top of the list of things to do. It’s just a standard BPO operation in a busy part of the city. We don’t have any big slogans, we just do the work and try to stay busy.
