So, we do our baking out of Flat No. 202 in Ramantapur. The house number is 3-6-56/A/1 in Indira Nagar. It is not a big shop with a window display on the main road. It is just a flat where we have our ovens and mixing bowls. Most people in the building know when we are working because of the smell of the bread and cakes. It is a quiet residential area for the most part, but we keep busy in the kitchen. Ramantapur is a nice part of Hyderabad to be in. We started Bonsante Baking Company because we liked making things, and now we do it every day from this apartment. It is a bit cramped when we have a lot of flour bags delivered, but we make it work. We use simple tools and just focus on the dough. Sometimes we have to carry boxes down the stairs when the elevator is slow. It is just a few of us here. We do not have a big team or a fancy office. It is just a home-style setup where we spend a lot of time covered in flour. Indira Nagar has a lot of families, so it feels like a good place to be. We just get on with the baking and try to keep things tidy in the flat. It is just a small local bakery run out of a home.
