Blue Water

We’re called Blue Water and we are located at 115 Parklane. If you know where Hotel Parklane is, we are right near there. The pin code is 500003. This part of the city is always moving. Parklane is known for being a bit of a shopping hub, so there’s always people walking around looking at the stores. We started this place because we wanted to be in the middle of all that action. It's not a huge restaurant, just a comfortable size for the space we have. The interior is simple. We didn't spend a lot on fancy designers. We just put in some sturdy tables and made sure the lighting was okay. It can get pretty noisy outside with the traffic and the shoppers, but inside it’s a bit more relaxed. We serve a variety of things, mostly what people expect when they’re out shopping and want a break. We have a small staff who have been with us for a while. We don't have any big corporate rules. We just try to be nice to people and get the food out reasonably fast. Sometimes we get a bit overwhelmed when it’s a holiday and the streets are packed. But we do our best. It’s just a local business in a busy area. Nothing more to it than that. We just enjoy being part of the Parklane scene. Come see us next time you're out.
