Our office for Bhagavati Aerobriks Industries Pvt Ltd is located over in Kondapur, specifically at 2-40/59/60/61/504 in the Jubilee Garden Layout. It is a growing area, so there is always a lot of noise and construction happening right outside our door. We focus on aerobriks, which are those lightweight blocks that a lot of builders are switching to these days. My job is mostly about managing the logistics and making sure the factory knows what needs to be shipped out next. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have a few desks, some chairs, and stacks of sample blocks in the corner so people can see the texture. I spend a lot of my time on the phone with site managers and truck drivers who are trying to find their way through the narrow streets. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just explain how the blocks work and let the builders decide if they want to use them. It can be quite stressful when the orders pile up and we are short on drivers, but we always find a way to get things done. We are just a group of regular people trying to run a decent business in a very busy part of the city. It’s not always easy, and we make mistakes sometimes, but we always try to fix them and keep moving forward.
