Barbeque Nation

We are right on the ground floor of the ANR Centre on Road Number 1. Banjara Hills is always moving, and being here in Hyderabad-34 means we see a lot of people every single day. The grills are usually going from early on, and the smell of smoke and spices is basically part of the furniture now. It gets really loud in here during the dinner rush, with people talking over each other and the sound of plates clinking. We aren't a quiet library kind of place; it's a bit chaotic but in a good way. The staff is always running around trying to make sure the skewers are full and the coal is hot enough for the tables. We’ve had some long nights here, especially during the festive seasons when everyone wants to eat out with their families. The building itself is easy to find, though parking on Road No. 1 can be a bit of a challenge if you come late. We don't have a fancy story about why we are here, we just like food and we like seeing people eat. It’s a lot of work in the kitchen and out on the floor, but we have a good rhythm. Sometimes we run out of something or a table takes a bit longer to clear, but we do our best. It’s just a busy, smoky, happy place to be in the middle of the city. We enjoy the noise and the activity that comes with being in such a busy part of Hyderabad.
