Our kitchen is located at 8-2-684/122 on Road Number 12 in Nbt Nagar. Being in Banjara Hills, you’d think it was something fancy, but we are just a hardworking catering team. Most of our space is taken up by giant stainless steel pots, gas burners, and long tables for chopping vegetables. Early in the morning, the whole place smells like spices and fried onions. It’s a bit chaotic when we are preparing for a big event, with people moving quickly and steam filling up the room. We don't have a storefront where you can buy a single meal; we focus on the big orders for parties and gatherings. The back alley is usually where we load the vans, and it’s always a rush to get everything packed and ready before the traffic gets too bad on Road 12. We have a small office corner with a computer that’s usually covered in flour or some other kitchen ingredient. It’s a hot and tiring job, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we have a rhythm down. We don’t go in for fancy plating or tiny portions. Our focus is just making enough food so that no one goes home hungry. It’s a lot of washing up and heavy lifting, but that’s the reality of the catering business for us, and we wouldn't know what to do with ourselves if the kitchen ever went silent.
