Mozzarella Global Cuisine Lounge Bar

If you are looking for Mozzarella Global Cuisine Lounge Bar, we are over on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. We took the 1st and 2nd floors of the 12th Square Building. It’s right opposite the Audi showroom, so it’s pretty easy to spot if you are driving by. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and behind the bar. It’s a big space to keep clean and running, especially over two floors. On the first floor, we have most of the dining setup, and the second floor is more of the lounge area. It gets quite lively in the evenings. We don't have a big corporate team running things; it’s just us trying to make sure the food comes out hot and the drinks are ready. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but that’s the vibe we have here. We do all sorts of different dishes from around the world. It’s a lot of work to keep up with all the ingredients and the prep work every day. The staff here are like a little family, we argue sometimes but we get it done. We’re not trying to be the fanciest place in Banjara Hills, just a spot where people can come and hang out. There’s always something to fix or a lightbulb to change, but that’s part of owning a lounge. We like the view from the second floor at night when the city lights up. It's a nice place.
