Balaji Food Flavours

We are out at Plot No 155 in Sai Balaji Enclave. This is over in Mallempet Village, which falls under the Bachupally and Quthbullapur Mandal area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but there is more space for what we do. Since we deal with food flavors, the air inside usually smells like something specific, maybe vanilla or some fruit scent depending on the day. We have various containers and scales for measuring things out. It’s not a very glamorous job, mostly just mixing and packing things up. The enclave is growing, so there is always some construction noise nearby. We spend a lot of time checking the stocks and making sure everything is sealed up right. My clothes usually end up smelling like the flavors by the time I go home in the evening. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us working in the unit. We mostly supply to local bakeries or small food shops that need specific tastes for their products. The village area is becoming more busy lately, which changes how we get our supplies in. We keep the place as clean as we can, though some dust always finds its way in from the road. It’s just a steady, daily grind for us here in Mallempet. We enjoy seeing the different bottles lined up and ready to be sent out.
