Baghdadi Travels

Dabeerpura is always loud, and Baghdadi Travels is right in the middle of that noise at 17-5-659/660. We spend a lot of time on the phone, usually trying to sort out flight timings or passport details for people in the neighborhood. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a few desks and some old maps on the walls that are starting to curl at the edges. It gets really busy in the afternoons when everyone stops by after work to ask about tickets. We have a lot of regular faces who come in just to chat before they actually book anything. The computer we use is a bit slow, but it gets the job done eventually. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street forgets our order, and we have to go yell for him. We've been in this part of Hyderabad for quite a bit, so we've seen the shops around us change names a dozen times while we just keep doing what we do. It’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for systems to load, but that is the travel business for you. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge, just some metal chairs that get a bit cold in the winter months. Most days are just a blur of checking dates and printing out itineraries for families heading out on holiday. It’s practical work, and we just try to keep the files organized so we don't lose track of anything important for the folks in A.P.
