It’s a very local setup. We spend our days looking at maps, booking tickets, and talking to people about where they want to go. The office is really just a room with some desks and a lot of travel brochures scattered around. We’ve been helping people with their trips for a long time. It’s not a big agency with a glass front on a main road. It’s tucked away in a residential-feeling area, so you have to look for the house number. We handle everything from bus tickets to bigger holiday plans. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for pages to load while a customer sits there with us. We know most of the people who come in by name because they live nearby. We don't do much advertising; people just know we’re here. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to airlines or hotels. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a train is full, we tell you it's full. We just want to help people get where they need to go without a lot of hassle. It’s a small, family-style operation here in the neighborhood. We make sure the details are sorted before you head out on your next journey.
