About Arts & Science College – Tourism in Hyderabad/ Secunderabad
If you go to the D.C Reddy Hostel in Hyderabad, you will find us nearby. This is the Arts & Science College, and it’s a place where students are always coming and going. The building has seen many years of students walking the halls. It is not a shiny new campus with glass walls. It is a place with high ceilings, old wooden benches, and the smell of library books. We spend a lot of time in the office at the hostel, dealing with paperwork and helping the kids who are living away from home for the first time. Hyderabad is a big city, and for many of these students, it’s a bit overwhelming. We have a few rooms where we keep the records, and the fans never seem to stop humming. Sometimes the students come by just to chat or ask for advice on their classes. The hostel life is simple—shared rooms, a common dining area, and a lot of noise during the evenings. We try to keep things orderly, but with so many young people around, there is always something happening. The walls have posters for local events and exam schedules pinned up everywhere. It feels like a community more than just a school. We are just here to make sure the environment is right for learning. It’s a bit messy and loud sometimes, but it’s a good place to be. We take things one day at a time here and hope for the best.
