We set up shop at 18-8-241/36/A in Moin Bagh, which is near Santosh Nagar here in Hyderabad. We help people figure out where they’re going and how to get there. Whether it’s a bus ticket to a nearby town or a flight somewhere far away, we handle the booking. People come in with a lot of confusion about prices and dates, and we just try to find the best fit for their budget. The office is small and filled with old calendars and maps. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Travel can be stressful for people, so we try to take the booking part off their hands. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking schedules online. Santosh Nagar is a crowded area, and our door is usually open for whoever walks in. We don't have a big fancy website with all the bells and whistles. We prefer talking to people face to face. Sometimes families come in planning a big trip, and it takes a while to get all the names and details right. We’ve had a few mishaps over the years, like a name being spelled wrong, but we always try to fix it. It’s just us here, helping the locals get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It's not a glamorous life, but we like hearing about the places our customers eventually visit.
