Apollo Sindoori Hotels Ltd is located at H.No:13-6-434/A/176/1 in Sardar Bagh, which is part of the Mehndipatnam area in Hyderabad. This part of the city is always moving, and our office is right in the thick of it. We deal with a lot of the behind-the-scenes stuff for the hotel side of the business. The building we are in is tucked away a bit, so it stays a little quieter than the main road, which is nice when we are trying to focus. We have a lot of ledgers and computer screens that stay on all day. Most of the day is spent coordinating food services and making sure the inventory lists are actually correct. It’s not uncommon to see someone running out to grab a quick snack from the street vendors nearby because the work doesn't always stop for a proper lunch break. We have a few plants in the corner that someone remembers to water every now and then. The furniture is a bit older, and the chairs squeak a little when you move, but they are comfortable enough for an eight-hour shift. We don't do much in terms of fancy decorations. We just worry about getting the numbers right and making sure the hotels have what they need to serve their guests. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we have a good rhythm going after all these years in Andhra Pradesh.
