Anupama Restaurant

We sit right across from the KPHB Colony in the Alluri Trade Centre. Kukatpally is always moving, and Anupama Restaurant is part of that daily rush. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or walking between the tables. It’s a standard restaurant setup with tiled floors and fans that work hard to keep the air moving when it gets hot outside. The trade centre gets a lot of visitors, so we get a lot of people just dropping in for a quick bite before they head to their next meeting. We aren't a fine-dining place. You’ll hear the clatter of plates and the sound of the dishwasher running in the back. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the customers over the noise of the traffic outside on the main road. We don't have a big menu with fancy names, just the usual items people expect when they are hungry. We spend a lot of time making sure the groceries are delivered on time because we go through a lot of supplies. It’s a lot of physical labor, and by the evening, we’re all pretty worn out. We’ve seen other shops in the Alluri Trade Centre come and go, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s just a regular restaurant where you can get a meal without any fuss. No fancy decorations or soft music, just food and a place to sit.
