We are located over at 8-1-426 on R P Road. If you know Secunderabad, you know this part of town is always moving. We have been here for a good while, watching the shops around us change and the traffic get heavier every year. It’s a straightforward kind of place. We mostly deal with people who are working nearby or just passing through this side of the 500003 area. The building has its quirks, like the slow elevator or the way the light hits the front windows in the afternoon. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy lights. My brother and I take turns managing the floor, making sure everything is running okay. It’s not always perfect; sometimes a lightbulb goes out or we run out of a certain dish by mid-afternoon if it’s been a busy day. We just tell it like it is. People seem to appreciate that we don't put on an act. The kitchen is small but we keep it busy from morning until we close up at night. You can hear the sounds of the road even from inside, but you get used to it after a while. It’s just our little corner of R P Road. We focus on the daily tasks, like checking the supplies and making sure the tables are wiped down properly for the next person who walks in.
