We operate out of Boudha Nagar, specifically at 12-11-14610/1. It’s right behind the Ramalayam temple here in Warasiguda. Being in this part of town means we’re always around family events and local gatherings. We don't have a storefront where you can sit and eat; it’s all catering work. We do the cooking in the back and get it out to wherever it needs to go. We've been at this address for a long time. The kitchen is busy almost every day. It gets loud with the pots and pans, especially when there’s a big order for 500361. We handle the cooking ourselves and don’t hire outside help unless it’s a huge job. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers we trust. We pick up the vegetables from the local market early in the morning to make sure everything is fresh. The recipes are just things we’ve learned over time. Nothing written down in fancy books. We just know how much salt or spice to put in. Sometimes the delivery van has trouble with the narrow lanes behind the temple, but we make it work. It’s honest work and we stay busy. We don’t talk much about what we do, we just get it done and hope the people like it. We keep our prices as low as we can to stay busy year-round. It's hard work but we are used to it.
