We’re based at 4, Road No 18 in the Anand Banjara Colony, which is part of the Banjara Hills area. It’s a nice enough spot, though the hills can make for some interesting driving when the delivery vans are full. We deal with food products, so our place is usually quite busy with people coming and going. We don’t have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the food items are fresh and that they get sent out to the right places. The kitchen and storage areas take up most of the space, and there’s always something being weighed or packed. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is working at once, but that’s just how a food business goes. We’ve been here in Anand Banjara Colony for a while now, and we like the rhythm of the place. We aren't trying to be a five-star outfit; we just want to do a decent job with the products we handle. Most of our time is spent checking the quality and making sure the labels are on straight. It’s practical work, and it keeps us on our feet all day. We’ve got a small team, and we all know what needs to be done without having to talk about it too much. We focus on the orders and making sure the supplies come in from the vendors on time.
