Our office is at H.No:2-2-90/15 in Turabnagar, which is part of the Amberpet area in Hyderabad. It’s a local neighborhood with a lot of houses and small shops packed together. We’ve been at this location for some time now. It’s not a shiny glass building. It’s a regular house that we use for our business. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long—vendors yelling, cars honking, and kids playing. It makes the day go by fast. Inside, we have our desks and a lot of maps and drawings on the walls. We’re usually talking about building things or looking at plans. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound like we're better than anyone else. We’re just local people working on local projects. Sometimes we have people coming in to complain about something or ask for a job, and we just talk to them plainly. Our furniture is a bit old and the tea isn't always great, but the work gets done. We don’t have a big corporate structure where you have to go through five people to get an answer. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with papers piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s a real place with real people working hard. We just keep at it every day.
