Our office is at 16-2-835/D/1 in the Sankeshwarbazar area of Saidabd. If you know Hyderabad, you know it can get pretty crowded around here. We have been doing this for a while, mostly helping folks with their travel plans. It is just a small room with a couple of desks and some computers. We spend most of the day on the phone or typing out details for trips. It isn't a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. People walk in from the street asking about bus timings or train tickets. We try to help them out without making things too confusing. The market outside is always loud, so we usually have the fan going to drown out the noise. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the tickets are right and the dates match up so nobody gets stuck at the station. It is a practical business. We deal with real problems, like when a flight gets canceled or someone loses their booking. My staff and I have lived in Hyderabad for a long time, so we know our way around. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot in Saidabd where you can talk to a real person. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It is a regular daily grind for us and we are okay with that.
